Pedorthic Assessment
$80 + GST
- A biomechanical assessment where we determine what may best work for you. If custom made foot orthotics are required the total cost is $560.00 (assessment fee is waived)
- Most insurance plans DO NOT cover Pedorthic services. Products however (i.e. custom orthotics) are often covered.
Custom Foot Orthotic
$560.00
- We take a 3D impression of your foot, scan the impression, and digitally design each pair using the latest CAD software. Unique to you, these are truly custom made. We utilize HP's Multi Jet Fusion printer for our semi rigid/rigid shells. Softer accommodative designs are direct milled with EVA foam.
- Insurance plans may require a prescription. You are responsible for confirming what is requiredby your plan.
- Total amount is due in full before work can begin.
External Shoe Lift Under 2.60 cm
$210.00
- An external lift where additional height is added to the sole of the shoe. This involves removing the sole, glueing required height, shaping, and finishing of the modification.
- For lifts over 2.60 cm, funding is potentially available through AADL. Prescription is required.
- Price includes the Pedorthic assessment.

- Certain programs offer funding to those who meet eligibility criteria. In these cases, direct billing for Pedorthic services and/or products may be available.
Extended Healthcare Benefits
Most extended health plans provide some coverage for Pedorthic products (i.e. custom foot orthotics), but NOT Pedorthic services (i.e. assessment). Please check with your provider for more detailed information on benefits that may be available to you.
We are recognized through most major insurance companies including Sun Life, Canada Life, Manulife, Chambers of Commerce, Alberta Blue Cross, Green Shield, and more.
Most insurance plans require a prescription for custom foot orthotics. We provide additional documentation for reimbursement purposes upon pickup of your orthotics.
