Built for Your Lifestyle

Active Lifestyles & Performance

Whether you are walking the scenic trails of the Saskatchewan River Valley near Keswick, golfing at Windermere Golf & Country Club, or staying active at the Terwillegar Community Rec Centre, our custom orthotics provide the stability and performance you require.

Busy Professionals & Commuters

Many Windermere residents are busy professionals commuting to the University of Alberta or the Downtown core. Our orthotics are designed to fit seamlessly into premium footwear, reducing strain during your workday.

New & Established Families

With young families flocking to communities like Keswick and Ambleside, foot health is a top priority. We help correct gait issues, ensuring you and your family remain active and pain free on the trails or soccer field.

Why Foot Forward Orthotics & Pedorthics?

Not all foot support is created equal. Here’s why our clinical approach delivers superior results.

3D Scanning & Custom Design

We use advanced 3D scanning technology to capture the precise contours of your feet. Unlike generic drugstore inserts that follow a one-size-fits-all approach, our orthotics are custom-fabricated to match your unique foot structure, biomechanics, and specific condition. This means better alignment, improved function, and lasting comfort.

Conditions We Treat

Plantar Fasciitis (Heel Pain)

Whether you’re developing heel pain from morning runs through the Saskatchewan River Valley or long days on the golf course at Windermere Golf & Country Club, our custom foot orthotics provide the precise arch support needed to relieve tension and promote healing

Bunions & Forefoot Pain

Many of our Windermere clients are professionals who spend long days in dress shoes or commuters navigating the Anthony Henday. We design slim-profile orthotics that fit into premium footwear to manage bunion pressure without sacrificing style.

Knee, Hip, and Back Pain

Poor foot alignment can lead to pain during high impact activities. We stabilize your gait, ensuring your body remains aligned whether you’re on the court or in the River Valley.

Diabetic Foot Care & Neuropathy

For our clients in Keswick and Upper Windermere managing diabetes, we offer specialized offloading orthotics. Our 3D imaging ensures an accurate fit to prevent pressure and maintain mobility for a healthy, active retirement.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Googled orthotics because i was having a severe bout of plantar fasciitis, set up an appointment with this gentleman, in and out in under an hour, received my custom insoles in about two weeks time, huge difference, can work all day and I'm no longer limping and not having the severe pain first thing in the morning. He's not a miracle worker but I highly recommend him, especially if you are in the oil and gas industry or any other industry that requires you too be on your feet all day.
