Custom foot orthotics.

Thanks to advancements in CAD design and manufacturing, we’ve embraced a more digital workflow. While we still take a physical cast, the design and production processes have evolved significantly. We utilize FitFoot360, a top-tier orthotic software, alongside HP’s Multi Jet Fusion 3D printers, ensuring our orthotics are more precise than ever. Additive manufacturing also reduces production waste compared to traditional methods.

Functional Orthotics

When foot dysfunction becomes a concern, we address various conditions through corrective forces. Typically, we use semi-rigid shell designs printed from nylon PA 12 to counteract hypermobility, providing effective support and stability

Accommodative Orthotics

For more sensitive feet, softer shell designs offer better comfort and tolerance. Whether due to diabetic complications, rigid deformities, or neuropathy, EVA foam shells provide an ideal solution for gentle support and relief."

Frequently Asked Questions

We design each pair in house utilizing the latest in CAD software. This allows for exact measurements, and repeatable results. Depending on the material, they are either direct milled from EVA or 3D printed using pa-12 nylon.

Although we’ve ventured into 3D printing which is new and exciting, most orthotics are made of the same materials. EVA and polypropylene are the most common shell options. The difference we provide is our design expertise and quality assurance. Each pair you receive has been digitally designed by your pedorthist.

Although they should never hurt, it may take some time to adjust to the pressure under the foot. We recommend a gradual increase in use if you’ve never had a pair before.
