AADL: Therapeutic Footwear & Total Contact Inserts

Providing Services For High Risk Feet

Alberta Aids to Daily Living, or AADL, provides funding to clients who meet specific criteria regarding chronic foot conditions. Therapeutic footwear and total contact inserts are provided to help reduce the progression, or risk of foot complications. Typically, our goal is to prevent ulceration to the feet via total contact inserts (i.e. orthotics), by offloading high pressure spots. We provide various footwear widths to ensure proper fitting shoes.
