Do I need a prescription for orthotics?

We do not require a prescription to book an appointment. However, if you are looking to submit a claim to your private insurance provider, most companies require a prescription from a doctor or podiatrist for reimbursement.

Do you offer direct billing?

No, we do not direct bill to private insurance. Payment is due in full at your initial appointment. We provide all necessary medical documentation for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We do, however, work with select government programs like AADL, NIHB, CAF, and VAC.

How long do custom orthotics last?

Most custom insoles last between 2-3 years depending on usage. Softer styles or those used for high-impact sports may require replacement after one year.
